B2B General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms govern commercial relations between Unas Holding Empresarial S.L. (operator of al-por-mayor.online) and corporate customers. By registering or placing an order, the customer expressly accepts these terms.

1. Supplier identification

Unas Holding Empresarial S.L. · NIF B-XXXXXXXX · registered in Spain. Sales: b2b@al-por-mayor.online · admin: admin@al-por-mayor.online.

2. Scope

al-por-mayor.online is a B2B platform for wholesale sale of Apple products (iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch) and accessories to companies with verified commercial activity. We do not sell to end consumers.

3. Customer requirements

  • Active company with a valid tax ID.
  • For intra-Community operations: VAT verified in VIES.
  • Reseller certificate (PDF) provided at registration.
  • Customer declares to act exclusively within their commercial activity.

4. Orders and acceptance

Displayed prices are indicative and exclusive to registered, approved customers. Order acceptance by Unas Holding is via written confirmation and actual stock reservation. No order is binding before this.

5. Prices and VAT

  • Net prices in EUR excluding VAT, unless otherwise stated.
  • Companies in Spain: 21 % VAT applicable.
  • EU companies with valid intra-EU VAT (VIES): invoiced without VAT, reverse charge by the customer.
  • Canary Islands / Ceuta / Melilla: without peninsular VAT; IGIC/AIEM/IPSI per local regulations.
  • Export outside EU: without VAT, customs documents required.

6. Payment

First order: prepayment by transfer, gateway or crypto (CryptoPay). From the second order, 15–30 day terms may be agreed upon credit evaluation. Late payments accrue interest per applicable law.

7. Delivery and transport

Indicative lead times 24–72 h within EU for products in stock. Risk transfers upon handover to the carrier. Damages or discrepancies must be reported within 24 h of receipt.

8. Warranty

Apple products are covered by official manufacturer warranty. Claims are handled per Apple policy. Unas Holding assumes no liability beyond manufacturer warranty, except for transport damages reported within deadline.

9. Returns

As B2B sales, the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or shipping errors, subject to RMA authorization.

10. BSC token cashback programme

The BSC token cashback is solely a customer loyalty programme. Tokens do not constitute securities, financial instruments, or promises of appreciation. Their only use is as a discount on future orders within al-por-mayor.online. Details on the programme page.

11. Data protection

We process customer data per GDPR.

12. Intellectual property

Apple®, iPhone®, iPad®, Mac®, Apple Watch® are registered trademarks of Apple Inc. al-por-mayor.online is an independent reseller not affiliated with Apple Inc.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, parties submit to the Courts at Unas Holding's registered office, except for mandatory rules applicable to intra-EU B2B.

14. Amendments

Unas Holding reserves the right to modify these terms. Changes will be communicated to registered customers at least 15 days in advance.
